Robin Cordova holds multiple certifications in coaching and training from accredited organizations including the Flourishing Center in NYC and the International Professional Excellence in Coaching (IPEC), and in Meditation Guidance from Institute for Awakened Mind.

Following her passion for working with women—like you—Robin uses proven strategies to teach, guide and support—and help you move from “Survive” to “Thrive!” With her years of studying and training, Robin has acquired the skills and knowledge to teach you tools that you can apply to your life—leading you down a path to happiness, wellbeing, resilience, mindfulness and the ability to achieve your goals.

It focuses on enhancing well-being, uncovering your strengths, happiness, optimism, resilience and thriving. As such, it has provided us with interventions that are grounded and have been proven effective.
